01 — The idea
Nobody looks down at your watch except you
A decorated dial is aimed straight up. You see it; the person across the table sees the edge of the case and the bracelet. Which is why putting the stones around the rim instead of on the face changes who the watch is actually for — and it is the more generous choice.
02 — Design
A ring of stones, and a quiet dial
Pavé covers a surface with closely packed stones rather than spacing them out, so the bezel reads as a continuous band of light rather than as individual points. Wrapped around a case that is the most effective place it can be.
Behind it the dial is deliberately plain. Stones on the bezel and stones on the face would compete, and the dial would lose — it is the smaller surface.

A bezel is the most exposed part of a watch
It is the first thing that meets a door frame, a desk edge or a car door. Which makes it the worst possible place for stones that are glued into a channel rather than seated individually — one knock and you lose a section, not a single stone.
Set properly, each stone sits in its own seat and a knock costs you at most one. That is the difference worth paying for on this shape.

Before you order
How do I clean the stones?
A dry soft brush around the bezel. Do not soak it — 3 ATM covers splashes rather than submersion, and water sitting in the settings is what dulls them.
Which finish if I wear gold jewellery?
Gold or Silver Gold. The mixed finishes are the safer answer if your jewellery is not all one metal.
Can I wear it in the shower?
It carries a 3 ATM rating, so splashes, rain and washing your hands are not a problem. We do not recommend swimming or hot showers with it on.
