01 — The idea
A range that commits to one temperature
Nearly every watch is offered in silver as the safe default. This one is not. All four finishes are warm — gold and rose — because the piece was designed around warm metal rather than adapted to it.
02 — Design
Warm metal changes what crystals do
Against silver, crystals read as bright and cold. Against gold and rose they pick up the warmth of the metal and read softer — closer to champagne than to white light.
Setting the stones at the hour positions keeps them functional: you read the time against them rather than around them.
A 2.1 cm band and a 4.5 cm dial give the whole piece jewellery proportions rather than watch proportions.
03 — Build
Gold tone is where plating shows
Warm finishes are the hardest to keep looking right, because as plating thins the underlying metal turns the colour grey rather than simply dulling it. On steel there is no underlying metal to show through.

Is there a silver version?
No — this model is warm tones only. If you want the same crystal markers in silver, our Rose Gold Accent Crystal Marker model includes one.
Gold or Gold White?
Gold White if you want the markers to stand out and the watch to read lighter. Full Gold if you want it to look like one continuous piece of metal.
Will the warm tone fade?
No. It is a finish on stainless steel rather than plating over base metal, so it will not turn grey at the wear points.
