01 — The idea
The shape of a tote, at the size of a day bag
Most small bags are a different design entirely from the big one you wish you could carry. This is the same winged tote shape shrunk to 28 cm, so you get the outline without the volume — and a strap, which a full-size tote never gives you.
02 — Design
Folded, not gathered
The sides fold outwards into wings that sit clear of the body, so the base is wide and the opening stays narrow. Those folds are what keep a small bag from looking like a pouch — the outline has corners and angles rather than a single soft curve.
The material is a smooth vegan leather with a soft sheen rather than a gloss. On a folded shape that finish matters: the light runs across a panel and stops at a fold, so the wings read as edges rather than as shadow.
