Soft sides, kept in shape
The sides of this bag fold inwards rather than standing rigid, so it settles when it is light and opens out when it is full. It is the difference between a bag that dictates what you carry and one that adapts to it — without ever going shapeless.

Green, not black
The colour is a deep forest green in a smooth matt finish, dark enough to behave like a neutral and saturated enough to be read as a colour when the light is on it. It is the most useful alternative to black there is, and far less common.
The gold fittings are three: a turn closure at the centre of the flap, a pair of anchors where the handle meets the body, and rings for the strap. Nothing is stamped, plated across the front or repeated.
The handle is rolled and short at 7 cm of drop — a hand carry, which is what the separate strap is there to complement.
