People choose a tint by how it looks in the photograph on the page. What actually changes day to day is something else: how much of your eye is visible to the person opposite you. A dark base closes the face; a pale one leaves it open. That is the real difference between these four.

How to choose between the four
Take a black if you want the pair to work as a barrier — airports, hangovers, any situation where being unreadable is the point. The two black options differ in how deep the tint runs.
Take brown if you want warmth in what you see and a lens that still reads as sunglasses. Take rose if you want the most open of the four: the base clears enough that your eyes stay visible across a table.

Where a graduated lens is judged
Hold the two lenses side by side and look at the height the fade begins. If it starts even a millimetre lower on one than the other, the pair will look wrong on a face and there is no fixing it afterwards.
The lenses are polarized, so reflected flare is filtered rather than dimmed, with the full UV400 block across all four colourways — the pale rose included.

Before you order
Which one should I buy?
If this is your only pair, brown — it is dark enough for real sun and warm enough to be comfortable all day. Rose if you want your eyes visible. Black if you do not.
Does the pale rose protect as well?
Yes. The UV filter is a separate layer from the tint, so a light lens blocks exactly as much ultraviolet as a dark one. Darkness is comfort, not protection.
How big is 55 mm?
A standard adult lens runs about 50 mm, so this is genuinely oversized without being extreme. Measure the widest point of one lens on your current pair to compare.
