01 — The idea
Most mini bags are carried in the hand because there is no alternative
A small bag with only top handles occupies a hand permanently — which is fine for an hour and tiring for an evening. A hundred and five centimetres is a real crossbody length, not a token chain that puts the bag under your armpit. It converts a decorative object into something you can wear for a day and forget about.
02 — Design
Two handles, not one
A single handle on a small structured bag pulls the top line into a point when it is lifted. Two, set apart at the corners, keep the opening square and let the bag hang level — which is why the shape reads as precise rather than as a pouch with something attached.
They are also spaced to clear a forearm. On a 17 cm bag that is a fine margin, and it is the difference between carrying it on your arm and only being able to hold it.

03 — Build
Quilting a panel this small is the hard version
On a large bag a quilting grid has room to breathe — a millimetre of drift over 40 cm is invisible. On a 17 cm face every diamond is a significant fraction of what you see, so the spacing has to be exact and the pattern has to meet the edges cleanly on all four sides.
Inside, a soft lining and a single compartment. At 7 cm of depth there is no room for dividers, and adding them would only take space from the things the bag exists to carry.

04 — Versatility
Three ways, and the strap decides which
Strap on, full length: crossbody, hands free, the bag at the hip. Strap on, shortened: a shoulder bag. Strap off: a small structured top-handle piece with nothing left standing on the top edge. It is the same bag reading three different ways in the space of an evening.
05 — What fits
Seventeen by fifteen by seven, honestly
A phone, a card case, keys and a lipstick. Seven centimetres of depth is generous for the footprint and means the bag closes over a large phone rather than bulging around it — but it is a small bag and the numbers are published so there is no argument about it afterwards.
A full wallet will go in and will use most of the space. The bag is at its best when it is carrying the short list.

Before you order
Is 105 cm long enough to cross the body?
Yes, comfortably, and it adjusts shorter for the shoulder. That is the reason the length is published rather than described — you can measure it against a strap you already wear.
Will a large phone fit?
Yes. At 17 cm wide and 7 cm deep the bag takes a large-format phone with the closure still shutting flat over it.
Do the charms come off?
They hang from the handle and can be taken off if you want the bag plain. They are included rather than sold as an accessory.
