Hammered so it never looks flat

Before you order
Are these hoops?
No. They are solid flat discs with a slit cut from the rim to the centre, not open rings. The disc hangs from that cut rather than from a separate hook.
Are they heavy?
No. The disc is thin sheet steel, so despite being around 35 mm across it weighs very little. Large earrings that hurt are usually solid castings.
Will the gold wear off?
The base is stainless steel, so even where a finish eventually softens there is no exposed base metal to discolour or react against the skin.
Is the diameter exact?
The 35 mm figure is a close approximation taken from the photographs. The stainless steel and gold finish are the maker's own specifications.
